Description

Bring architecture, functionality and new technologies together in one role. We are looking for a Product Development Lead to join our Warsaw team someone who will help us create high-quality residential projects that respond to customers’ real needs. You will contribute to projects from assessing investment potential and defining product standards through to evaluating design solutions and supporting the delivery of turnkey apartments. You will work closely with architects, project and business teams, contractors and sales. This role could be a good fit for you if: you have a degree in architecture and at least four years of experience in residential projects;you can balance functionality, aesthetics, quality, cost and customer needs;you are comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and partners;you are keen to use digital tools and AI solutions that support design and option analysis.
