Passionate about always delivering on promises, working collaboratively and building life-changing communities, they are seeking to expand their Development team with the addition of a Senior Development Manager to manage a selection of projects in the group's portfolio. This role will report directly to a supportive and experienced Leadership Team and be supported by the wider business to ensure their project's success as well as individual career growth. Your Responsibilities: With solid experience in subdivision, you will be jumping into a hands-on role across the full project lifecycle with key responsibilities including (but not limited to): Prepare and maintain a program from concept to completion of each project stage to establish milestones and critical datesManage key stakeholder relationships including engagement with the local council, joint venture partners, project consultants and state government departmentsPrepare and manage financial performance of the project by closely monitoring its feasibility and budgets against set objectives and outcomesManage all aspects of project delivery including financial performance, reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly review and cash flow managementContribute to the management of the sales and marketing operations for each project You Will Need: Solid tenure and experience as either a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager in a comparable Development GroupDemonstrated success (5 years+) in delivering residential greenfield and broad-acre subdivisions within Melbourne or Regional VictoriaTertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Planning, Engineering or any other related fieldStrong financial acumen, well-versed in the use of Estate Master and project cash flows - MUST have experience with Feasibility management softwareEnthusiastic team player who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty across the full project lifecycle Benefits: Salary on offer of circa $200k - $250k package (based on experience)A close-knit team of high performers and industry heavyweightsOne of the most active project portfolios in the current marketA development pipeline that will sustain this business for years to comeLeadership and a true opportunity to be mentored in this space This is an absolute career-defining opportunity for an individual with solid and demonstrated large lot subdivision management experience to join a group at a very exciting point in their history.
