About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our innovative team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications across our SaaS portfolio, including products such as Praxis, Agentic AI, ifap, Therafox, and Intermedix.
You will work seamlessly across the frontend, backend, and DevOps layers, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable cloud-native services.
A key aspect of your work will involve integrating AI-native features and agentic experiences into our products, utilizing large language models (LLMs), retrieval techniques, tool use, and structured workflows to create tangible value for healthcare professionals and patients alike.
You will collaborate closely with product management, UX designers, architecture, and engineering teams to elevate engineering and AI engineering quality, establish best practices for agentic applications, and continuously expand shared agents, skills, pipelines, and harnesses.
Your understanding of healthcare workflows and an outcome-driven mindset will be essential for developing features that truly meet user needs.
You will also stay at the forefront of AI and cloud technologies, ensuring our solutions remain innovative and effective in the evolving healthcare landscape.
Qualifications
Multiple years of senior experience in full-stack engineering of modern web applicationsDeep expertise in at least one frontend framework (React or Angular)Strong backend development skills with Java/Spring Boot or PythonDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred)Proven experience with core technologies such as React/Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, C#, Kafka, TerraformHands-on experience with cloud and DevOps environments including Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCDFamiliarity with LLM tools such as Azure OpenAI, Anthropic SDK, or MCP is a plusDemonstrated effective use of AI in software engineering, including agentic coding tools like Claude Code or similarExperience in designing AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineeringFluent in German and English, both written and spokenStrong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and excellent collaboration abilities
