Bhullar Group is seeking a Project Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in heavy structural steel fabrication and project management for a full-time role based at 5 Drover Place.
We are looking for a practical, organised engineer who can work closely with workshop teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

About the Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing project scope, schedules, budgets and key milestones.Reviewing engineering drawings, specifications and fabrication requirements.Coordinating procurement, workshop fabrication, inspections and delivery.Tracking project progress and resolving technical and production issues.Managing variations, project documentation and progress reporting.Supporting quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards.Maintaining clear communication between clients, engineering teams and the workshop.
About You:
To be successful, you will have:
A degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.4–5 years of relevant experience in heavy structural steel fabrication, including project management.A sound understanding of fabrication processes, welding, assembly and quality requirements.Confidence interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.Experience managing costs, schedules, procurement and project variations.Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.A hands-on approach and a commitment to safety and quality.Experience coordinating structural steel installation and erection would be an advantage.
