Location: London, On-site (3/4 days)
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000
We're working with an early-stage, AI-native SaaS company building intelligent agents for some of the world's largest enterprises, operating in a huge industry that AI has barely touched.
Global organisations are already customers, the team is small and high-performing, and they move quickly.
This is a Founding TypeScript Engineer role for someone who wants very high ownership.
You'll work directly with the VP Engineering on the core product, owning features end to end: understanding the problem, deciding how to solve it, shipping it and making sure it works.
AI sits at the centre of the product.
Responsibilities
Build and ship frontend and backend product features across a TypeScript stackDevelop APIs, data models and integrations into complex enterprise systemsBuild agentic workflows, including prompting and tool useTurn ambiguous problems into simple, working solutions and fix issues without waiting to be askedOwn your work from design through to production, using AI heavily in how you build
Key Requirements
5+ years' software engineering experience, ideally building SaaS productsStrong TypeScript, which is non-negotiableA track record of shipping products end to end, across frontend and backendHands-on experience with agentic engineeringHigh agency, sharp attention to detail and strong product judgement
