Job Description 10+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-scale web applications using modern UI technologies.Extensive expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript for building responsive and high-performing user interfaces.Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and reusable front-end solutions.Establish and enforce front-end development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across engineering teams.Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, backend/API developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.Drive the creation and evolution of design systems and reusable component libraries to ensure consistency across applications.Ensure applications meet accessibility (WCAG), usability, security, performance, and responsive design standards.Mentor and guide UI developers through code reviews, technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and career development.Resolve complex technical challenges, make architectural decisions, and contribute to Agile delivery practices for large-scale software initiatives.
