Your work will empower our partners and enhance customer experiences through innovative solutions in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment. Your mission Collaborate with engineers, designers, and analysts to iterate fast on customer-centric solutions.Design, launch, and iterate on A/B experiments to improve product offerings.Maintain and improve code quality, system efficiency, and development processes.Design scalable solutions while mentoring team members and contributing to team strategy.Engage in hiring processes to build a strong engineering team.Utilize technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, Node.js, and others in development. Your toolkit 6+ years of software development experience.Expertise in web application development using component-based frameworks.High proficiency in Java and experience with web application architecture.Strong background in writing tests and creating maintainable code.Proactive team player with excellent communication skills in English.Experience in customer-centric prioritization and data-driven decision-making.Knowledgeable in AI technologies with mature judgment for quality and security.
