Job DescriptionJob Ref ID: JR0086833 YOUR MISSION As Sr. People Partner for Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Uganda and Kenya, you'll own the HR 360 partnership across four of Glovo's fastest-growing African markets, driving talent density, retention and performance across teams led by four Operations Managers. Over the next 12-18 months, the mission is to build proactive, data-driven talent strategies that directly move the business, while embedding Glovo's high-performance culture across a fast-scaling, multicultural region. THE JOURNEY Partner with GMs and local management teams (M1/M2/IC3) across Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Uganda and Kenya to align people strategy with business priorities. Manage and support 4 OMs Own full HR 360 processes end to end, working independently while staying aligned with global HR CoEs. Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend business-aligned solutions. Influence, and where needed challenge, HR CoE-designed solutions (Rewards, L&D, Talent Management) so they fit local business needs. Drive talent density and retention of key talent, partnering with leaders on performance management for both top and low performers. Lead organizational design and reorg processes, balancing business outcomes with employee experience. Ensure compliance with local labor law and work inspection requirements across all four markets.
