Conducting Analytical Deep Dives: Country-Specific Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of different talabat markets, focusing on identifying turnaround opportunities, growth and profitability areas. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand and address cross-functional issues impacting business performance. Strategy Development: Develop and recommend strategies based on analysis to improve overall performance and achieve business objectives. Driving AI efforts: Leading AI efforts across all performance teams to identify new use cases to enhance productivity PnL management: Budgeting: Collaborate with local teams to develop talabat’s yearly budget, setting growth and profitability goals. PnL management: Ensure that budgets are adhered to consistently across the organization and proactively identify and pursue opportunities to exceed financial targets and enhance overall profitability. Working experience of minimum 4 years Analytical Mindset strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decisions Curiosity, eagerness to learn, explore, and drive creative solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration effective in working with teams across different functions to achieve common goals Experience with financial modelling and PnL analysis strongly preferred Experience using SQL, BigQuery, Looker, Tableau strongly preferred
