The candidate will provide technical leadership across Classic AUTOSAR and Adaptive AUTOSAR, ADAS system integration, communication middleware, and QNX/Linux-based platforms, working with system architects, platform teams, diagnostics, safety, cybersecurity, and feature-development teams to deliver scalable, reusable, and ASPICE-compliant solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Definition and Technical Leadership· Define the end-to-end software architecture and technical roadmap for next-generation ECU and high-performance compute platforms spanning Classic AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR, ADAS applications, middleware, and QNX/Linux.· Establish reference architectures, design principles, reusable platform services, interface contracts, and deployment patterns aligned with product-line and software-defined vehicle strategies.· Lead architecture trade-off studies covering performance, safety, security, scalability, maintainability, cost, and time-to-market.· Provide technical direction to cross-functional engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout design, implementation, integration, validation, and release.Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR Architecture· Architect Classic AUTOSAR solutions across MCAL, BSW, RTE, complex device drivers, communication, diagnostics, memory, security, and operating-system services.· Define Adaptive AUTOSAR application and platform-service architecture, including ara::com, execution and state management, diagnostics, persistency, and service-oriented communication.· Design integration between Classic AUTOSAR ECUs, Adaptive AUTOSAR applications, vehicle networks, cloud services, and non-AUTOSAR components.· Govern ARXML models, service and signal interfaces, configuration baselines, variant handling, generated artifacts, and change-impact analysis across releases.ADAS and QNX/Linux Platform Integration· Drive integration of ADAS functions across sensors, diagnostics, vehicle networks, and high-performance compute platforms.· Define QNX and embedded Linux platform architecture covering boot flow, BSP, device drivers, IPC, scheduling, memory, networking, system services, security, and lifecycle management.· Guide middleware, POSIX application, container or virtualization, and hardware-acceleration integration while meeting real-time and safety constraints.· Lead ECU and vehicle bring-up, performance profiling, timing and resource analysis, system debugging, and root-cause resolution using platform traces, network captures, and hardware debuggers.Engineering Governance, Safety, and Release Readiness· Translate vehicle, system, safety, cybersecurity, and software requirements into architecture decisions, interfaces, technical specifications, and implementation guidance.· Ensure architectural compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, cybersecurity requirements, AUTOSAR standards, OEM guidelines, and internal engineering processes.· Conduct architecture, design, code, configuration, and supplier-deliverable reviews;
