Description
About the role
Our Internal Communications and Employer Branding team is looking for a trainee to join us for a 3-month traineeship.
You'll learn both disciplines hands-on, take ownership of well-defined day-to-day tasks, and contribute to small and medium-sized global projects.
In this team you'll work on a wide mix of things, from intranet development and the company newsletter to the careers page, recruitment campaigns and event support.
This is a learning-focused role.
You'll be closely mentored, get clear task ownership from day one, and grow into broader project responsibilities as your confidence and experience build.
The team is also genuinely interested in AI and automation.
If you enjoy exploring AI tools and finding smarter ways to handle repetitive work, you'll have real opportunities to apply that here.
What you'll do
Support the day-to-day delivery of internal communications, including newsletter production, communications calendar management, and small requests from teams across the business
Help maintain, update and create content for our employer branding channels, including the careers page and social media
Assist with events through planning, coordination, on-site help and related communications
Support the execution of recruitment campaigns
Identify and try out ways to automate or simplify repetitive tasks, using tools like Asana, Claude and ChatGPT
Take on project-based tasks, such as intranet support or email distribution list clean-up, with guidance at first and more independent ownership over time
What we're looking for
Curiosity about AI and automation: You're keen to learn how to automate simple processes.
No professional experience is required.
Communications exposure (a plus): Some experience in internal communications or employer branding, through studies, internships or a first role, is helpful but not essential.
Comfort with tools: You pick up new tools quickly.
Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint or OneDrive is a plus.
The right mindset: You're organised, proactive and reliable with recurring tasks, and eager to grow into a communications generalist.
Why join us
Hands-on mentorship from experienced internal communications and employer branding professionals
Broad exposure to both internal communications and employer branding
Real ownership of tasks from the start, with room to grow into larger projects
A team that is actively encouraged to experiment with AI and automation, not just talk about it
