DevOps Engineer will be a key member of the Cloud Operations team responsible for developing SaaS and Hosted services across the company's product portfolio. They will work closely with Engineering, Product, IT, and other functional teams to build, operate, and improve customer-facing infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate brings hands-on cloud and infrastructure experience, enjoys solving operational challenges, thrives in a collaborative environment, actively leverages AI tools to improve productivity, and is passionate about delivering secure, reliable, and scalable services for enterprise customers worldwide. Responsibilities Contribute to infrastructure automation using infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and GitOps practicesBuild, maintain, and improve secure, reliable, and highly available infrastructure for SaaS and Hosted services on GCPLeverage and develop AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, automate routine tasks, generate scripts, and improve documentation qualityCollaborate with engineering teams to deploy and operate containerized applications using Kubernetes-based platformsBuild and improve operational tooling, monitoring, runbooks, and documentation to enhance service reliability and reduce operational effortParticipate in change management, release activities, operational readiness reviews, and on-call support processesWork with Engineering, Product, Services, Security, and other departments to support business and customer requirementsContribute to platform engineering initiatives that improve developer productivity, service reliability, security, and operational efficiencyMonitor platform health, investigate incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in continuous service improvement efforts Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience supporting production SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure, or customer-facing servicesHands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Networking, IAM, Monitoring, and LoggingExperience working with Kubernetes and containerized applicationsComfortable using AI and LLM tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) as part of everyday engineering workflows. Experience with Agentic development a plus.Experience with Docker and container-based deployment practicesExperience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, or similar technologiesExperience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or equivalentProficiency with scripting or automation using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languagesUnderstanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, TLS, routing, firewall concepts, and load balancingFamiliarity with observability and monitoring tools used to operate production systemsExperience troubleshooting applications and infrastructure in production environmentsFamiliarity with Java-based applications and services is beneficialStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
