Project Description: The primary goal of the project is the modernization, maintenance and development of an eCommerce platform for a big US-based retail company, serving millions of omnichannel customers each week. Solutions are delivered by several Product Teams focused on different domains - Customer, Loyalty, Search and Browse, Data Integration, Cart. Responsibilities: We are looking for a Lead software engineer who will: • Design and implement cloud-based front-end solutions, leveraging microservices architecture • Collaborate as an active member of our Agile engineering team • Demonstrate a passion for learning and applying new technologies, industry practices, and reusable strategic platforms • Evaluate options, follow standards, and make informed technical decisions • Possess strong proficiency in JavaScript and Vue.js, with a proven ability to use them effectively in front-end development Mandatory Skills Description: Must have: solid knowledge of Vue.js • Lead or architect experience at least of 2 years; • Strong in JavaScript, 5+ years of experience; • Experience in Vue.js 3+ years, Microservices; • Experience in React.js 1+ year; • Experience in Typescript and Nuxt; • REST/RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, front-end build pipelines, and tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Nice-to-Have Skills Description: • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) or willing to learn new techniques, and approaches • Experience with working with relational databases and caching • Experience with Java and Gradle Languages: English: B2 Upper Intermediate
