About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front-End Developer to join our creative and energetic team. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our projects, guiding implementation strategies, and mentoring developers. You will work closely with strategists, designers, architects, and other developers to craft beautiful, accessible, and high-performance digital experiences. As a key player in our team, you will oversee front-end development efforts from discovery through launch, ensuring the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and innovative solutions. This position offers flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements, with a preference for candidates in the Chicago area who can participate in a light hybrid onsite/remote model.
