Join us in our mission to improve people´s mobility. Embla Medical (Össur) is looking for an ambitious individual to participate in the design, execution and management of backend services. The person in question must have experience in web services design, integration of systems, and be resourceful and solution oriented We are looking for an individual who wants to be involved in the transformation of Embla's technical landscape, where we aim to make our environment simpler, more service enabled and move into Azure cloud solutions. This entails exciting and diverse projects in a progressive and challenging technical environment. We offer flexible working hours and possibilities for remote working. Field of work Design and development of backend services and integrations; mostly in Azure, Logic Apps, Function Apps, datafactory, MS SQLParticipate in shaping the future system landscape and supporting the company's cloud first strategyParticipation in international projects Management of consultants and contractorsCollaborations with Össur’s business units around the worldFull participation in shaping a strong team of experts and culture of that team Requirements Experience of designing and developing software and servicesKnowledge of the following is considered a plus:Azure and/or other cloud platforms API Management JavascriptAbility to work independently and in a teamAmbitious and solution orientedSolid communication skills and good English proficiencyUniversity degree or experience that is applicable to the job We encourage people to apply for the position regardless of gender or origin.
