About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER will contribute to designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality code for advanced assessment technology platforms.
This role is essential for supporting and evolving mission-critical applications that impact educational assessment delivery.
The engineer will work closely with a collaborative, agile team to innovate and ensure robust performance and security.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and design software solutions based on customer requirementsImplement code following industry best practices and coding standardsParticipate in requirements, design, and code reviewsCollaborate with QA, configuration management, and end users for testing and deploymentWrite and execute unit testsEngage in process and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Experience as a full-stack engineer with Go, Javascript/Typescript, VueJS, Python, Postgres, and MongoDBExperience with AWS cloud-hosted applicationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technology fieldExperience developing SaaS applicationsFamiliarity with software development, maintenance, and testing best practicesExperience with highly available, concurrent web applicationsProficiency with GIT or similar version control systemsExperience working in an agile development environment
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The full-time salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $150,000Eligible to participate in an annual incentive program
