About The Role The Lead Software Engineer, AI Agents & Orchestration, plays a pivotal role within Allegion’s Global Software Solutions Engineering team. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing scalable AI orchestration frameworks that integrate multiple AI models, agents, tools, and enterprise applications. The role involves leading the development of AI workflows, data pipelines, and governance protocols that enable secure, auditable, and efficient AI-driven business outcomes. Operating at the intersection of software engineering, artificial intelligence, and data engineering, the successful candidate will spearhead initiatives to build intelligent, agentic systems that automate complex operational processes and enhance enterprise data utilization. This role is critical in accelerating Allegion’s adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring these systems are reliable, secure, and compliant with governance standards.
