Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply Service System Engineering Manager, to lead a team of highly skilled system engineers responsible for delivering reliable and secure services.
This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and technical oversight to ensure the successful operation and continuous improvement of critical services and infrastructure.
You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.
You'll be pivotal in the Field Engineering of all Service PKP PLK Projects, ensuring the successful execution, investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical/quality issues.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support).
We’ll look to you for:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Service System EngineersDrive team performance through coaching, goal setting, and regular feedbackManage resource planning, workload prioritization, and capacity managementEnsure the availability, reliability, and performance of supported services and platformsOversee incident response, problem management, and service restoration activities.
