Pega Backend Developer

Pega Developer (Back-end) Location: Netherlands Start: Immediate Duration: 12 months Experience: 8-10+ years Language: Dutch - minimum C1/C2 Pega Certification: Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to support the design, development and implementation of enterprise case management solutions. You will work within an Agile environment, building scalable Pega applications and integrating them with custom front-end applications, microservices, databases and external systems. The role requires strong hands-on Pega Case Management experience together with knowledge of Pega Constellation, DX API and modern front-end technologies. Responsibilities Design, develop and implement solutions using Pega Case Management.Model complex case management processes and workflows within Pega.Develop and configure Pega applications using low-code engineering principles.Integrate Pega solutions with microservices, databases, APIs and bespoke applications.Develop and support integrations between custom user interfaces and Pega workflows.Work with Pega Constellation and DX API to deliver modern digital experiences.Develop reusable components and extensions within the Pega platform.Build and support headless front-end integrations based on the solution architecture.Develop user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 where required.Integrate React applications with Pega through REST and DX APIs.Support the development of geo-based applications using technologies such as map servers and/or OpenLayers.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, refinement and delivery.Collaborate closely with Pega architects, developers, UX specialists and business stakeholders. Required Experience 8-10+ years of overall IT experience, ideally 10+ years.Minimum 5 years of Pega implementation experience.Minimum 3 years of Pega Constellation and DX API experience.Strong experience with Pega Case Management.Experience designingPega solutions integrating: MicroservicesDatabasesREST APIsBespoke front-end applicationsStrong knowledge of low-code development within Pega.Experience developing user interfaces within Pega Case Management.Experience integrating bespoke/headless UIs with Pega.Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.Experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.Understanding of responsive and accessible application development.Experience with geo-applications such as OpenLayers or map servers is advantageous. Certification Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) - required. Language Fluent Dutch is mandatory - minimum C1/C2 speaking and writing proficiency.
