At Cito, we're building CERA AI – an AI agent that automates real logistics processes: from processing incoming emails and negotiating prices to transferring transport orders. Real processes. Real customers. Real impact. We're looking for a senior Developer who wants to take technical ownership and help us build and scale the product – not just implement individual tickets. Your Mission Take ownership of key parts of our AI and software architectureDesign and develop scalable AI agent systems, including multi-step reasoning, decision pipelines and tool useBuild and improve our LLM-based systems, including prompting, tooling, memory and orchestrationEnsure reliability and quality of AI outputs through evaluation, monitoring and guardrailsBuild observability and evaluation frameworks, including regression testing for AI systemsWork closely with Product and Business to turn real operational problems into scalable technical solutionsMake technical decisions with long-term impact on architecture, stack and scalabilityShip solutions that are actually used by customers What We're Looking For 6–8+ years of experience in software engineeringIdeally, hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based products or systemsStrong Python skills, ideally with Django or a comparable frameworkExperience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude or similarUnderstanding of AI system design beyond simply integrating an APIExperience with evaluation methods, monitoring and observabilityAbility to think in systems rather than individual featuresStrong understanding of the trade-offs between speed, reliability and qualityHigh level of ownership and ability to work independentlyA pragmatic mindset: you like building, shipping and improving real productsProfessional working proficiency in English Why Join Cito?
