Role :Salesforce Tech Lead Location : Toronto ,ON Duration : Contract We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) expertise to lead architecture, development, integration, and delivery for banking, insurance, and wealth management solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Salesforce FSC architecture, data models, security, scalability, and solution design.Design integrations using MuleSoft, REST APIs, Platform Events, CDC, SSO/SAML/OAuth/JWT.Develop and review Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, Async Apex, External Services, Named Credentials.Implement Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Encryption, Transaction Security, MFA, and compliance controls.Establish CI/CD and DevOps using Salesforce DX, Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket.Drive data strategy including Data Cloud, ETL/ELT, data quality, deduplication, consent, and retention.Lead testing, code quality, performance, releases, and environment management.Mentor Salesforce developers and lead technical assessments.Work with business and client stakeholders on KYC/Onboarding, Lending, Wealth, Claims, and Service solutions.Ensure compliance with OSFI, PIPEDA, SOC 2, and Canadian data residency requirements.Key Skills: Salesforce FSC, Apex, LWC, Flows, MuleSoft, APIs, Salesforce Shield, Data Cloud, DevOps/CI-CD, Salesforce DX, Git, SOQL, Security, Integration Architecture, Banking/Insurance/Wealth.
