Wir gestalten Zukunft – gemeinsam Apply now Cloud Platform Engineer GCP (m/f/x) Your Responsibilities Build, operate and continuously enhance the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) within a hybrid IT environmentDesign and implement cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes, Cloud Run, and other managed and serverless servicesDevelop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions with Terraform and automate deployment processesCreate and optimize CI/CD pipelines while driving modern DevOps practicesIntegrate GCP with on-premises systems, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and other enterprise platformsEnsure cloud security through IAM concepts, encryption, audit logging and compliance measuresPlan and support cloud migration projects and application modernization initiativesMonitor performance, availability and cloud costs while implementing FinOps optimization measures Your Profile Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable IT qualification with relevant professional experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Engineering or Cloud Platform ManagementStrong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including IAM, Networking, Compute, Storage and MonitoringExperience with Kubernetes, Docker and modern cloud-native technologiesExcellent knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as CodeExperience with DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processesProficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, Bash, PowerShell or GoExcellent English communication skills and a structured, self-driven and solution-oriented working style At Kelvion we thrive on collaboration, embracing diversity of thought, and valuing every voice.
