# Specialist, Software Engineering ## About the Role L3Harris Technologies is seeking a **Software Engineer** to support a Research and Development Contract (RDC) focused on large-scale **image processing software**. The role involves designing, developing, testing, integrating, and sustaining software while working with cross-functional engineering teams to build interfaces and data-processing capabilities aligned with operational performance requirements and overall system design. The ideal candidate brings experience with **C++ and/or Python**, scalable data infrastructure, image processing, and geospatial applications.
