THE WORK Become a key member of an agile engineering team responsible for delivering business-critical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Gradle, Kafka, and Oracle. Build robust, well-tested software while supporting continuous learning and dedicated ongoing improvement within the team. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to design solutions that address regulatory requirements and operational challenges. Contribute to the development, automation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines across development and deployment processes. Work with containerized and cloud-native environments using Docker and Kubernetes. Design and execute application test scenarios, including integration, functional, and negative testing. Participate in engineering communities, innovation initiatives, and technical knowledge-sharing activities, while being motivated to embrace new opportunities and dedicated to evolving skills. Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. Preferred location is Tricity. Candidates based in Warsaw or Łódź may also be considered. Hands-on experience with Java, Gradle, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Oracle, and Kafka. Experience developing and improving CI/CD pipelines. Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Experience consuming and integrating data from API services. Understanding of software testing principles, including negative testing scenarios. Fluent English, both written and spoken, used in daily collaboration with international teams. Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Linux administration and scripting skills, including Bash. Knowledge of public/private key encryption, key generation, certificate management, and SSL/TLS. Experience working in security-sensitive or highly regulated environments.
