Role overview: We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer with strong React.js expertise to build and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end features for client facing Portals. The ideal candidate combines solid engineering fundamentals with a working UI/UX sensibility, ensuring designs are implemented faithfully while flagging usability or consistency issues early. You will work closely with the Senior Design/Developer and backend teams to deliver modular, maintainable front-end solutions. What can we offer? Start as soon as possibleB2B Contract or Temporary Employment ContractWork mode: Hybrid in Warsaw (3 times per week from office)Salary: Up to 185 PLN net+VAT/h (B2B) / Up to 21 850 PLN gross/month (Temp)Project in the banking sector Requirements: At least 6+ years of experience with React.js development and enterprise-scale front-end applicationsStrong React.js and TypeScript development experienceSolid understanding of modern front-end architecture patterns (component-based design, state management e.g. Redux/Context API)Working familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) — able to read, interpret, and faithfully implement designsExperience integrating with REST/GraphQL APIsBasic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)Exposure to containerized application environments and CI/CD pipelines Nice to have: Exposure to Micro Frontend concepts (Module Federation)Basic SQL/database knowledgeFinancial services or transfer agency domain exposure Responsibilities: Design and develop front-end features using React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling, per approved designs and the Design SystemBuild reusable UI components and contribute to shared component librariesCollaborate with the Senior Design/Developer to ensure pixel-accurate, design-faithful implementationIntegrate front-end applications with REST APIs / backend microservicesOptimize application performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibilityParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremoniesTroubleshoot and resolve UI defects and production issuesSupport automated testing (unit/integration) for front-end code
