You'll join a small, highly technical engineering team where your work directly shapes both the technology and the product. The role This is a broad role with real ownership. You'll work from understanding the problem through to shipping and improving production systems, and contribute to architecture and product direction. What you'll work on Low latency conversational AI systems where every millisecond countsReal time audio and video processing for human and AI interactionSystems that let AI agents understand a user's software context and respond appropriatelyAgent context, knowledge management and retrievalInfrastructure that scales for enterprise customers and variable workloads Tech stack Python, TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, WebRTC, Kubernetes and GCP. You don't need experience across all of it. Engineering ability and learning quickly matter more.
