Your Profile & DNA:
We are looking for an experienced Pega Test Automation & QA Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, Pega DCM, end-to-end testing, functional testing, and QA management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutionsDefine and implement test automation strategies and frameworksDevelop automated test cases for functional and regression testingCreate and execute automated tests for Pega DCM (Dynamic Case Management)Automate Pega DCM workflows, business processes, and case scenariosValidate integrations between Pega DCM and connected systemsPerform end-to-end functional testing across complete business processesDevelop test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirementsExecute functional, integration, system, and regression testingIdentify, document, track, and support resolution of defectsManage and improve overall QA processes and testing activitiesDefine test plans, testing standards, quality gates, and QA documentationMonitor test coverage, quality metrics, defect trends, and test progressCollaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, product owners, and other stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement in test automation and QA practices
Qualification & Experience
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.Strong experience in Test Automation / Automation EngineeringHands-on experience with Pega DCM Test AutomationProven experience with End-to-End TestingStrong experience in Functional TestingExperience in overall QA managementStrong understanding of test strategy, test planning, execution, and defect managementB2 level Dutch speaking proficiencyExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
