🚨 Java Architect / Lead Developer - Belfast, UK
• Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland - Hybrid
• Looking for a Java Architect / Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, design, scalability, performance optimisation, multithreading & concurrency.
• Experience designing and leading high-volume, enterprise-grade backend applications and distributed systems.
• Strong SQL / relational database and Linux/Unix experience; financial services/banking experience would be highly relevant.
• Work closely with architects, developers, QA and business teams, providing technical leadership and driving design decisions.
