Full Stack Engineer 📍 Shoreditch, London | 5 days onsite 💰 £100,000–£160,000 + equity The Role We’re working with a fast-growing, early-stage AI software company building technology for a huge global industry that still relies heavily on spreadsheets, documents and manual processes. They’re looking for exceptional Full Stack Engineers to join their growing London engineering team. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to do far more than work through a backlog. You’ll work directly with customers, understand how complex operations actually work, turn messy real-world problems into software, and build solutions end to end. Responsibilities Build and ship production software across frontend, backend, data and AI layersWork directly with customers to understand complex real-world workflowsTurn ambiguous operational problems into clear technical solutionsRun customer conversations, write specifications and own delivery end to endBuild AI-powered workflows around complex documents, data and operational processesMake strong product decisions about which customer requirements should become scalable featuresShip quickly, gather real user feedback and iterateTake ownership of major product areas as the engineering team grows What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of software engineering experienceExperience building and shipping production software within a high-quality startup environmentStrong full-stack capability across frontend and backend developmentStrong Python experience alongside modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and ReactEvidence of building products or systems from the ground upComfortable working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholdersStrong product judgement and ability to operate effectively with ambiguityStrong academic or technical foundationsAble to work from the Shoreditch office five days per week Package 💰 £100,000–£160,000 base salary📈 Meaningful equity🚀 Significant ownership from day one🤖 Build production AI systems solving complex real-world problems📍 Shoreditch office, five days per week
