Description

Tier4 Group is looking for a hands-on Salesforce development leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and delivering business-critical solutions. In this direct hire role, you'll lead Agile Salesforce development teams, drive delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and partner closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps to turn business priorities into results. This role is hybrid, with onsite work in Alpharetta, GA 1-2 days per week. What you'll do: Lead and mentor Salesforce developers in an Agile environment.Drive sprint planning, delivery execution, and continuous improvement.Champion Salesforce best practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and quality standards.Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver scalable solutions.Track team performance, KPIs, budgets, and project outcomes.Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused culture.What you'll bring: 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.3+ years leading Salesforce or software development teams.Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agile delivery, and Salesforce DevOps tools.Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
