About the role: Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Engineer the Senior Engineer, Maintenance is responsible for supporting and leading the delivery of the Asset Management Framework for mobile equipment in an open pit mine. The Senior Maintenance Engineer will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for driving mobile maintenance strategy, regulatory requirements, Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) practices, and reliability program execution to improve asset availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and optimize total cost of ownership. To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to plan and execute reliability projects.
