Salesforce Scrum Master / Delivery Lead -EST/CST
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master / Delivery Lead with 7+ years of Salesforce delivery experience across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Key responsibilities:
Lead Agile/Scrum delivery and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.Manage sprints, backlog, releases, risks, dependencies, and blockers.Coordinate with Product Owners, BAs, Developers, QA, Admins, and stakeholders.Drive Salesforce implementation, deployment, and release activities.Track Agile metrics such as velocity and sprint progress.Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.Required: Salesforce delivery experience, Scrum Master experience, strong communication/facilitation skills, and knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and Salesforce DevOps/deployment processes.
Preferred: CSM/PSM/SAFe certification, SAFe experience, and Salesforce Administration/Configuration experience.
