Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for Trading Risk, including real-time risk controls, limit management, risk monitoring, and internal risk platforms.Build reliable and scalable distributed systems with a strong focus on correctness, availability, concurrency, and fault recovery.Develop and maintain real-time data processing pipelines and risk-related data infrastructure.Own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, testing, integration, production rollout, and troubleshooting.Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions and project delivery.Participate in system design reviews, code reviews, production incident investigation, and continuous reliability improvements. Requirements 3+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Go, C++, or Java. Go is the primary development language for this role, and candidates with strong C++ or Java backgrounds are welcome to apply.Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, databases, and concurrent programming.Experience designing and building high-concurrency and distributed backend systems.Solid understanding of concurrency control, data consistency, idempotency, retries, timeouts, message processing, and failure recovery.Hands-on experience with relational databases, Redis, and messaging or streaming systems such as Kafka.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently design and deliver production-ready solutions.Strong ownership, engineering discipline, and hands-on experience in coding, integration, and production troubleshooting.Preferred Qualifications Experience in trading, risk, financial systems, payments, or other high-reliability backend systems.Familiarity with trading concepts such as orders, positions, margin, account assets, market data, or risk-control systems.Experience with real-time data processing or analytical systems such as Flink, Doris, ClickHouse, or similar technologies.
