Requirements 6+ years of experience in MLOps engineering or closely related platform engineering roles.4+ years of experience designing and operating model serving infrastructure in production environments.Strong expertise in Python development.Hands-on experience with Databricks, including ML workloads and platform integrations.Strong knowledge of Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.Advanced experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.Practical experience with MLflow for experiment tracking, model registry, and deployment workflows.Strong understanding of Machine Learning lifecycle management and production ML operations.Experience implementing A/B testing, shadow deployments, and advanced release strategies for ML models.Experience with streaming platforms and CDC architectures.Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles and tools.Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures.Understanding of cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices.Experience building highly available, scalable, and resilient distributed systems.Strong communication skills and ability to work across engineering and data teams.Fluent English communication skills.
