# Senior Full Stack Software Developer / Technical Lead ## About the Role DAn Solutions is seeking a **Senior Full Stack Software Developer / Technical Lead** to support a newly awarded **Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)** program in **Charlottesville, VA**. This position supports a mission-critical intelligence application in a classified environment and requires an **active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI Polygraph**. The role combines full-stack software development, technical leadership, application integration, cloud environments, and secure software development. The selected candidate will work onsite and collaborate with software, systems, cybersecurity, and government mission teams to support application development and production sustainment. ## Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications. * Develop **Java-based backend services** and **RESTful APIs**. * Develop and enhance **Angular/TypeScript front-end applications**. * Support **PostgreSQL** and **Elasticsearch** data environments. * Support **AWS-based classified cloud environments**. * Work with **Docker, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps** processes. * Support application integration, data ingestion, troubleshooting, and production sustainment. * Conduct code reviews and provide senior-level technical guidance. * Collaborate with software, systems, cybersecurity, and government mission teams. * Support secure software development and **Risk Management Framework (RMF)** activities as needed. * Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, or mentoring as applicable. ## Required Qualifications ### Security & Work Requirements * **Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current CI Polygraph — required.** * Ability to work **onsite in Charlottesville, VA**. * Senior-level full-stack software development experience. ### Technical Skills * Strong **Java** development experience. * Experience with **Angular and/or TypeScript**. * Experience developing **RESTful APIs**. * Experience with relational databases such as **PostgreSQL**. * Experience supporting applications in **AWS or similar cloud environments**. * Experience with modern **DevSecOps and CI/CD** practices. ## Preferred Qualifications * Previous **Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)** or **Intelligence Community (IC)** experience. * Experience with **Dropwizard**. * Experience with **Elasticsearch**. * Experience with **Docker** and **GitLab**. * **Security+** or equivalent **IAT Level II** certification. * Experience supporting applications on **classified networks**. * Technical lead, software architecture, or mentoring experience. ## Work Arrangement & Location * **Location:** Charlottesville, Virginia * **Work Arrangement:** Onsite * **Remote Work:** Not available ## Compensation The posted salary range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum compensation DAn Solutions expects to pay for this position. The position may be filled at different **Labor Category (LCAT)** levels based on the selected candidate's qualifications and applicable contract requirements. Final compensation within the posted range will be determined based on the applicable LCAT and factors including education, relevant experience, certifications, and other required qualifications.
