Genesys Cloud Developer (remote in Poland) Overview of the Role: The Genesys Cloud Developer will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and optimizing cloud-based contact center solutions on the Genesys Cloud platform. This position is central to advancing HCLTech’s mission of delivering cutting-edge customer experience technologies, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems, and maintaining high standards of reliability and performance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing HCLTech’s service offerings, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Detailed Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy applications on the Genesys Cloud platform to meet client requirements.Integrate Genesys Cloud with enterprise systems and third-party applications, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.Develop and configure IVR Architect call flows within Genesys Cloud, optimizing customer interactions.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, apply necessary patches, and maintain system stability.Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and configurations.Monitor and ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud contact center environments.Stay abreast of evolving cloud computing and contact center technologies, providing recommendations for adoption and enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.Support ongoing maintenance and upgrades of Genesys Cloud integrations with other business systems. Skill Requirements: Proven experience with the Genesys Cloud platform, including IVR Architect call flow development.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, OAuth, AWS, Python, SQL, JSON, and XML.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development processes.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud solutions. Other Requirements: Experience with additional cloud contact center technologies or platforms.Genesys Cloud certification(s) or related professional credentials.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and business stakeholders.
