What You'll Do As part of our development team, you'll: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain ARI services and features, with a strong individual contribution to production codeIntegrate large language model APIs and build reliable, observable, secure, production-ready orchestration workflowsDevelop RAG architectures, AI agents, and tools that allow models to interact with internal data and servicesBuild and optimize scalable ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing, re-indexing, and vector-retrieval pipelinesImplement evaluation and quality controls, including structured-output validation, grounding checks, confidence thresholds, and automated testingImprove reliability, latency, and cost through telemetry, monitoring, rate limiting, and fallback strategiesContribute to architecture decisions, design microservices and REST APIs, and integrate AI capabilities into web applications and backend systemsOwn features end to end, from technical design through cloud deployment, support, and continuous improvementTroubleshoot complex technical issues, perform code reviews, and strengthen security, CI/CD, and software-quality practices What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional software development experience, with meaningful experience in backend, distributed systems, or an AI product roleA highly technical, autonomous, execution-focused developer profile, able to own complex features end to end and deliver production codeExperience with AI development, including LLM APIs, RAG architectures, AI agents, or AI orchestration frameworksStrong experience with Python and/or TypeScript, microservices, REST API design, and scalable backend systemsHands-on experience with ingestion pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and AI system evaluationExperience with automated testing, Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cloud deploymentA solid understanding of security, access control, reliability, performance, and cost considerations for production AI applicationsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality code with minimal supervisionFrench-English bilingualism is preferred to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders Nice to Have Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Spring AI, MCP, or a comparable agent orchestration and tooling frameworkExperience with PostgreSQL and pgvector, Azure AI Search, ChromaDB, or another vector-search platformExperience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Hugging Face, or locally deployed modelsExperience with LangSmith, LiteLLM, or other LLM evaluation, tracing, and observability toolsExperience in NLP, document classification, structured extraction, entity extraction, or unstructured-content processingExperience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as software architecture or technical design Tech Stack PythonTypeScript / JavaScriptReactMicroservices and REST APIsLLM APIs and prompt engineeringRAG, embeddings, vector search, and evaluationAI agents, orchestration, and MCPPostgreSQL / pgvector and vector-search platformsGit, Docker, CI/CD, observability, and cloud services Why Join Us? 🤝 A collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, innovation, and having fun together. 🚀 A variety of projects and technologies, giving you the opportunity to continuously learn and grow. 🎨 Room for creativity, initiative, and new ideas.
