Senior Project Manager - Land Development

We are supporting a land development engineering opportunity in Austin for an experienced Principal Engineer or Project Manager with a strong civil design background. The role would involve leading residential and commercial land development projects, overseeing engineers and designers, maintaining client relationships and providing technical direction across grading, drainage, stormwater, paving and water/wastewater utility design. Salary: $165,000-$220,000 base, depending on experience. Job Specifications: Lead the civil design and delivery of land development projects across the Austin area.Review plans, calculations and technical deliverables produced by the design team.Manage project programmes, budgets, permitting and client communication.Mentor engineers and contribute to the growth of the local team. Key Requirements: Texas Professional Engineer licence.Significant consulting engineering experience in residential or commercial land development.Strong technical knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, paving and utility design.Experience leading design teams and managing client relationships.
