Tech Lead/FullStack engineer

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with a strong full-stack software engineering background to support the design and development of cloud-native applications and integrations. You will remain hands-on while also providing technical leadership across application design, development, integrations, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have experience across Java, React/Node.js, Python, APIs, databases, AWS, and modern DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, document, and maintain custom software applications and components.Develop and support application integrations, APIs, microservices, and automation solutions.Create detailed technical designs based on business and system requirements.Contribute to solution architecture and evaluate technical options based on scalability, performance, security, and cost.Work across frontend, backend, database, and integration layers.Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed engineering teams.Support systems and data integration requirements.Develop well-engineered, secure, and reusable application components.Participate in code reviews and establish software engineering and development standards.Mentor other engineers and provide technical guidance to the broader development team.Support application deployment through modern DevOps and CI/CD practices. Required Qualifications 5–8 years of hands-on software engineering experience.Strong development experience with Java, React/Node.js, and Python.Experience with databases and JDBC.Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs and web services.Experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.Working knowledge of Databricks.Experience with Git/GitHub and source-code management.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices.Understanding of microservices and modern application architecture.Experience working in Agile/Scrum product-development environments.Ability to contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other developers.Experience working within regulated life sciences environments.
