Full Stack Engineer

The Role: Full-Stack Engineer We are looking for top tier engineera to help us build both the front-end and back-end of our products at speed. You’ll be joining the most lean, talent-dense engineering team in London. What You’ll Own Scale the Foundations: Architect and build the core, scalable backend foundations from the ground up to support a massive global market.Human-Centric UI: Collaborate on the planning and iteration of our React-based front-end to ensure our complex AI systems are intuitive and widely adopted.Product Roadmap: Partner with the founders to extract insights from customer feedback and translate them into technical reality.Team Building: Help us set the engineering culture and play a key role in assembling a world-class technical team. Must-Haves Expert Python Skills: Deep experience building robust, production-ready backend systems.Database Mastery: Strong experience with PostgreSQL.Full-Stack Capability: Comfortable navigating both the back-end and modern front-end frameworks.Clear Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs. Preferred & Nice-to-Haves Frontend: Experience with TypeScript and React.Scaling: A track record of building and scaling commercial-grade software.The Extras: Experience with WYSIWYG editor APIs (TinyMCE/CKEditor), AWS DevOps, IT Security, or AI integration.
