The group is committed to expanding access to quality healthcare and strategically growing its network across Indonesia to achieve economies of scale and ensure affordable care for diverse communities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DevSecOps role based in Greater Medan. The DevSecOps professional will design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that application and infrastructure changes are deployed reliably and in compliance with security best practices. Daily responsibilities include automating infrastructure provisioning, monitoring systems and applications, and managing configuration and deployment tools to support hospital information systems. The role also involves integrating security controls into development workflows, performing vulnerability assessments, and collaborating with IT, security, and development teams to remediate risks. The DevSecOps professional will document processes, support incident response, optimize performance and availability, and contribute to continuous improvement of the technology and security posture across the hospital group. Qualifications Strong DevOps and automation skills, including experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and configuration management tools.Solid understanding of application and infrastructure security, including secure coding practices, vulnerability assessment, and security monitoring.Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud or virtualized environments.
