Jr. DevOps Engineer

The Jr. DevOps Engineer will ensure that all services are reliably deployed, monitored, and maintained across development, staging, and production environments. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatic Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.1-3 years of experience as a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer in a production environment.Proficient with Docker, container orchestration (Kubernetes or Docker Swarm), and reverse proxy management (Traefik/Nginx).Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and version control workflows.Experience managing cloud infrastructure (DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP, or Huawei Cloud) with a focus on reliability and cost optimization.Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalent).Strong Linux/Unix administration skills; experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and shell scripting is highly preferred. Job Descriptions : Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate code integration, testing, and deployment across all environments (dev, staging, production).Manage and optimize containerized infrastructure using Docker and orchestration tools (Kubernetes/Docker Swarm), including Traefik reverse proxy configuration.Administer and monitor cloud and on-premise servers (e.g., DigitalOcean, Huawei Cloud), ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack) to ensure proactive issue detection.Enforce security best practices including network segmentation, secrets management, TLS/SSL configuration, and access control across all infrastructure layers.Collaborate with the Tech Lead and development team to support deployment requirements, resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, and optimize system performance.Manage database operations support including backup automation, replication setup, and environment provisioning for Oracle and MySQL/MariaDB.Maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible to ensure reproducible and auditable environment configurations.Provide on-call support for production incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
