Job Description: Software Engineer We are looking for a talented and self-driven Software Engineer with a strong focus on backend development to join our growing engineering team. You'll work on building scalable, resilient, and secure systems that power our fintech platform. Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain scalable, robust and secure backend services and APIs using GolangParticipate in the entire software development lifecycle - from requirements analysis and design to development, testing, deployment and maintenanceWrite clean, efficient, maintainable code following best practices and coding standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality softwareContinuously Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability through monitoring and optimizationWrite and maintain automated unit, integration and end-to-end tests to ensure system quality and stabilityParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation to uphold engineering excellenceStay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for use in our systems Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field4 years experience in backend development, preferably in a high-growth or fintech environmentStrong understanding of object-oriented and/or functional programming paradigms and software design patternsHands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization tools such as Docker and KubernetesStrong knowledge of automated testing practices, including unit and integration tests, particularly for backend servicesExcellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate technical conceptsExperience with Golang and/or gRPC is highly preferred If you are a motivated Software Engineer eager to work with modern technologies on high-impact projects, especially if you have experience in Golang, we encourage you to apply.
