MuleSoft Developer (Contract) Location: Poland (Remote) Contract Type: B2B Contract Working Hours: US Eastern Time (12:30pm - 9:00pm Poland time) Rate: Up to 130 PLN/hour We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join a growing engineering team supporting a portfolio of leading non-profit organisations. This is a fully remote contract position based in Poland, requiring alignment to US Eastern Time business hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will work closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable API-led connectivity solutions that integrate Salesforce and other business-critical systems. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, deploy, and support MuleSoft integrations and APIs.Build API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services.Create detailed technical and integration design documentation.Develop reusable integration components and frameworks.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements and system landscapes.Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.Conduct unit testing and support QA during integration and system testing.Produce technical specifications, user documentation, and API documentation.Participate in client workshops, demonstrations, and solution showcases.Support Salesforce implementation and integration projects.Ensure development aligns with coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.Provide production support and assist with issue resolution as required. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years' commercial experience as a MuleSoft Developer.Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule Runtime, API Manager, and related MuleSoft products.Proven experience designing and building enterprise integrations and APIs.Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.Experience using RAML and MuleSoft connectors.Knowledge of API-led architecture, integration design patterns, and microservices.Experience working with Salesforce integrations.Strong SQL and database development knowledge.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Experience Experience delivering solutions within Salesforce ecosystems.Background working with ETL technologies and data integration.Exposure to messaging frameworks and large-scale data processing environments.Experience working with non-profit organisations.MuleSoft certifications would be advantageous.
