About the Role You will focus on underground ventilation planning and monitoring, engineering project delivery and operational mine planning support. This is a hands-on technical role that will contribute directly to the safe and efficient development of Sunday Creek into a producing underground mine. What You'll Drive 🔸 Underground ventilation design, monitoring and optimisation 🔸 Compliance with Victorian OHS Regulations 2017 (Part 5.3) 🔸 Mine design, scheduling and technical support activities 🔸 Drill and blast design, execution support and performance monitoring 🔸 Delivery of engineering and capital projects from scoping through to commissioning 🔸 Budgeting support, forecasting and operational reconciliation 🔸 Collaboration with geology, geotechnical, survey, environmental and operations teams 🔸 Clear communication of technical information, risks and opportunities 🔸 Participation in site inspections, hazard identification and safety initiatives 🔸 Continuous improvement initiatives across technical and operational functions Who You Are You're a motivated mining professional who enjoys solving technical problems and contributing to a growing operation. You can balance attention to detail with practical outcomes, work effectively with operational teams and take ownership of the work that helps keep people safe while delivering results.
