About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer (.Net) to join our dynamic team and contribute to a groundbreaking digital transformation initiative. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying a modern, enterprise-grade event-driven integration platform on the Microsoft Azure stack. As the first member of a newly formed in-house development team, you will have the opportunity to shape the technical direction of the project, lead the development efforts, and mentor future team members. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with proven experience in enterprise software development, particularly within the Microsoft Azure environment. Essential qualifications include advanced proficiency in .NET and C#, along with hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and related Azure technologies such as Service Bus, Event Hubs, and Event Grid. Candidates should have a solid understanding of API and microservices development using Azure tools like Functions, API Management, and Web Apps. Knowledge of Azure data services, including SQL, Storage, Data Lake, and Cosmos DB, is also required. Certifications related to Microsoft Azure are highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding development teams, as well as excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Design and develop an event-driven API and microservices platform utilizing Azure cloud services to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.Integrate multiple third-party systems seamlessly, maintaining high standards of security and data integrity.Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to facilitate smooth deployment, continuous integration, and ongoing operational support.Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development lifecycle processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.Present proofs of concept and provide technical guidance to stakeholders, influencing project direction and decision-making.Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Contribute to the organization’s broader digital and technological strategies, aligning development efforts with business objectives.
