Software Engineer

About the role We’re looking for Software Engineers to join our growing delivery team. You’ll work across different products, clients, and technical environments, with technology stacks varying by project. Your experience may be stronger in frontend, backend, or full-stack development, and your responsibilities can range from hands-on implementation to broader technical and delivery ownership. What you’ll do Your responsibilities may include: Build, configure, test, and maintain software features and functionality within existing products, platforms, and technical environments.Investigate technical problems and develop practical, maintainable solutions across application components, APIs, and integrations.Collaborate with engineers, product teams, QA, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.Contribute to estimation, technical decisions, implementation planning, and risk identification.Take ownership of your implementation scope and contribute to improving engineering practices and delivery. What we’re looking for We’re looking for engineers who can solve problems thoughtfully and turn requirements and ideas into reliable, maintainable software. You should be able to: Demonstrate practical software development experience in frontend, backend, or full-stack development, using technologies such as PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, and MySQL.Work confidently with core development concepts and tools, including version control, APIs, databases, debugging, and testing your own implementation.Understand requirements and technical problems and translate them into effective software solutions.Work within standard software development workflows, including code review and structured development, deployment, and release practices.Take ownership of your work and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.Learn new technologies and adapt to different technical and project environments.Use AI-assisted development tools effectively and responsibly where appropriate. Additional experience we value Experience in one or more of the following areas can also be valuable: Product and startup environments – working with evolving requirements and priorities, close product collaboration, and contributing to technical decisions.Platform implementation and integrations – configuring or extending software platforms and working with APIs, SDKs, integrations, or surrounding systems.Clinical or regulated environments – working with validation, traceability, audit trails, or other structured delivery requirements.Client-facing engineering – working within client engineering environments, collaborating directly with technical stakeholders, and adapting to different delivery practices.
