Heino, Netherlands · 40 hours · € 3,300 to € 3,800 gross per month, plus a fixed monthly increase once you are appointed responsible engineer · one-year Dutch employment contract directly with Dijkman, not an agency · company van · a room for the first months (€ 300 per month)
A Dutch salary, a real career step, and colleagues who speak Bulgarian.
Dijkman is a solar and energy-storage company in the east of the Netherlands with more than 12,000 customers, its own energy-management system, and a team split between Heino and Veliko Tarnovo.
We are looking for one electrical technician or engineer who prefers the field to a desk and wants to become the responsible engineer of the company.
The jobYou solve faults on PV systems, inverters, home batteries, EV chargers and energy-management systems, for households and commercial customers.
You never drive blind: our service desk has already checked the monitoring, called the customer and prepared the parts, so you know the symptoms before you leave.
On site you do what nobody can do remotely: measure, reason, fix.
You also carry out inspections and baseline measurements, and maintenance for contract customers.
You work with SolarEdge, Enphase, SMA, Solis, Alfen, Zaptec, HYXi and our own EMS.
Our aim is to appoint you as Werkverantwoordelijke within six months, once IDW has confirmed your diploma level and you have shown your NEN 3140 knowledge.
The Werkverantwoordelijke is the responsible electrical engineer required under the Dutch NEN 3140 standard for our InstallQ recognition and for the national right to open and re-seal grid-operator meter cabinets.
From that moment you decide how electrical work is done safely at Dijkman, you instruct the technicians, and your salary goes up with a fixed monthly increase.
What you get• € 3,300 to € 3,800 gross per month for 40 hours, depending on experience, plus a fixed monthly increase from the day you are appointed responsible engineer
• 8% holiday allowance, 25 days of leave, pension and the increases of the Dutch collective agreement; 13 extra paid days off per year, or paid out if you prefer.
No on-call duty
• A Dutch employment contract directly with Dijkman, not a temp agency: no work permit needed for EU citizens, and you build up Dutch social security and pension
• Moving made concrete: we arrange and pay your diploma evaluation (IDW) and BSN registration, arrange a room in a shared house for the first months (your contribution € 300 net per month), and give you two return tickets to Bulgaria per year.
A Dutch language course in the evenings is possible
• A fully equipped company service van with tools, calibrated test equipment, laptop and phone, which you take home
• Dutch certificates and exams paid for: NEN 3140, VCA, the SCIOS Scope 12 exam and manufacturer trainings
What we askA vocational degree at Dutch mbo 4 level or a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; we have your diploma evaluated by IDW before you sign.
Field experience with PV, and also with batteries, EV chargers or energy-management systems.
Qualification group III or IV for electrical safety is a plus.
Good English; you learn Dutch in your first year, because the standards, courses and audits are in Dutch.
A driving licence B is required.
You measure before you replace, you write down what you see, and you stay calm with customers.
