Full Stack Engineer

Forward Deployed Engineer Location: Shoreditch, London Working Model: On-site, 5 days per week Salary: £100,000 – £160,000 + Equity Visa Sponsorship: Available We are partnering with a fast-growing, AI software business in London that is looking to hire multiple Forward Deployed Engineers as it continues to scale its engineering team. This is an opportunity for a strong full-stack engineer who wants more ownership than a traditional software engineering role. You will work directly with customers, understand complex real-world problems, design solutions and build them end-to-end. The Role You will: Work directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders to understand complex workflows.Translate real-world problems into scalable software solutions.Build across the full stack, including frontend, backend, data models and AI/model layers.Own features and product areas from concept through to production.Ship production software quickly and iterate based on user feedback.Work closely with founders and senior engineers on technical and product decisions.Build AI-powered workflows around complex documents, operational processes and enterprise data.Help determine which customer requirements should become scalable product features. What We're Looking For Around 3–6 years' experience in software engineering or product engineering.Strong full-stack engineering capability.Strong Python experience.Frontend development experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.Experience building and shipping production software used by real customers.Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and data models.Strong problem-solving and product judgement.Comfortable speaking directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders.Able to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. Package £100,000 – £160,000 base salary + meaningful equity The position is based in Shoreditch, London, with an expectation of working predominantly from the office five days per week.
