We are looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to help develop and operate a secure, scalable cloud platform within a large financial organisation.
You will work on cloud infrastructure, automation and platform engineering while collaborating closely with software engineers, security specialists and architects.
What you'll do
Design and implement Azure cloud solutionsBuild and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as CodeAutomate deployments and operational processesWork with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault and networking componentsImprove cloud security, reliability and scalabilityDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelinesMonitor cloud environments and resolve technical issuesCollaborate with development teams to enable self-service and automationContribute to cloud architecture and technical standardsWhat we're looking for
5+ years of experience in cloud engineeringStrong experience with Microsoft AzureExperience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Bicep or TerraformExperience with Azure DevOps or GitHub ActionsStrong scripting skills, preferably PowerShellUnderstanding of networking, IAM and cloud securityExperience with containerisation and/or KubernetesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsNice to have
Azure certificationsExperience in financial servicesExperience with security and complianceExperience with Kubernetes/AKSExperience with platform engineering
